Carlos' N Charlie's Acapulco in Acapulco submitted Description
It all started back in 1970, when on april first, a visionary mexican entrepreneur (Carlos Anderson) bought a gourmet restaurant on Acapulco´s main street and decided to turn it into very fun place, with a completely relaxed and casual atmosphere, where a wide variety of international cuisine dishes-generally made up by the host -were served. He is even served the clients himself, along with his partners.
This is where our philosophy and slogan "al ojo del amo"...... ( Under the master´s surveiliance....) Comes from; and has been the key to success for Carlos´n Charlie´s Acapulco and all the places opened after us.
It´s been 35 years and we are an all time favorite among people of any age, old or young and in between, from everywhere in the world.
